Throughout his career, Chris has held key leadership roles at companies such as Keller Williams, Century 21, and Nationwide Insurance, creating agent development platforms now used across multiple states. He has trained hundreds of agents in value-based selling, communication mastery, and high-impact business planning. He empowers both new and seasoned professionals to break through performance plateaus.
Chris is passionate about developing future leaders, streamlining systems for scale, and creating cultures of ownership and excellence. Giving back is also important to him. He has served on the boards of various organizations, including NAHREP, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Everest Community Foundation.
