His experience spans industries including consumer luxury, construction, finance, logistics, venture capital, and high-tech startups, where he has worked to improve operations, cash flow, and scalability. At SPACE, Matt applies this same problem-solving mindset to expand lead sources and optimize agent opportunities by through smart strategy and strong relationships.

Outside of work, you can find Matt snowboarding, working on cars, and baking fresh-milled bread with his beautiful wife and three children.
